Storylife provides AI-powered tools that transform written manuscripts into visual content, including images, videos, character designs, and other creative assets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Storylife.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the manuscripts and text you upload to Storylife. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and transform your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it to third parties.

5. Generated Content

Content generated by Storylife's AI (images, videos, character designs, etc.) is provided to you for personal and commercial use. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may have limitations and we do not guarantee exclusive rights or copyright protection for generated assets.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Storylife—including but not limited to source code, design elements, graphics, logos, branding, text, software, and the overall look and feel of the application—are the exclusive property of Storylife and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service or its underlying software.
• Use the Storylife name, logo, or branding without express written permission.
• Scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract data from the Service for commercial purposes.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of any portion of Storylife is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Storylife to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights.
• Generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify our services.
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission.
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

8. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds for subscriptions are provided at our sole discretion.
• Individual scene pack purchases are one-time, non-recurring charges and are strictly non-refundable. All scene pack sales are final.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension.

9. Disclaimers

Storylife is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Generated content will meet your specific requirements.
• Defects will be corrected.
• The service will be compatible with all devices or systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storylife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storylife from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Storylife immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Storylife after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
